To make Health Snack, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 small Banana mashed/about
  • 1/2 cup
  • 2
  • 1/2 tbsp Carob powder
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped walnuts

Method

  • Thoroughly combine first 4 ingredients - an electric mixer works best
  • Form into small balls and roll n chopped walnuts
  • Store in refrigerator
