To make Herb-Roasted Corn On The Cob, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 scallion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dillweed
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 4 medium fresh corn on the cob ears husked

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • In a small bowl combine the butter garlic scallion dill and black pepper; mix well.
