Ingredients
To make Herb Seasoning For Fish, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp finely-chopped onion
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes = (or
  • 1 tbspn snipped fresh parsley)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
  • 1 dash freshly-ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp melted margarine

Method

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Spread over fish fillets
  • Use regular method for baking or broiling fish.
