To make Herb Vinaigrette Dressing, you'll need:
  • 025 c Red wine vinegar 025 c Chicken stock
  • 200 tb Lemon or lime juice
  • 100 ts Dried tarragon optional 050 ts Dry mustard 050 ts Paprika 050 ts Garlic salt 025 ts Freshly ground pepper
  • 100 ds Hot pepper sauce
  • 200 tb Vegetable oil

Method

  • For leafy green salads or sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
  • Doubles as a tenderizing marinade for barbecuing meat
  • (Use 1/3 c dressing in a plastic bag to marinate 1 lb meat
  • Use beef stock when marinating beef.)
