To make Herbed Potatoes, you'll need:

  • 1/2 lb small red potatoes
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 6 sprigs thyme
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes
  • Cut each potato in half.
