To make Hot Chocolate, you'll need:
  • 1 cup fat-free milk heated
  • 2 tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • In a small saucepan heat the milk over medium heat stirring occasionally until bubbles appear at the sides of the pan 2 minutes
  • Whisk in the sugar cocoa and vanilla until smooth.
