Ingredients
To make Hot Summer Fruit Compote, you'll need:
  • 4 peaches peeled pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups hulled strawberries
  • 30 sweet cherries pitted halved
  • 2 pears peeled cored and sliced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp brandy extract

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat
  • Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
