To make Hummus, you'll need:
  • 250g tinned chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  • 3 tbsp. tahini 
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil 
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp. paprika 
  • Salt to taste 

Method

  • Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. 
  • Add a bit more oil or water if the mixture is too dry. 
  • Serve with vegetable crudités
