Ingredients
To make Indian Lamb And Spinach, you'll need:
  • 100 lb Lamb lean
  • 100 lb Spinach fresh; trimmed
  • 200 tb Olive oil
  • 100 Onion; sliced
  • 100 ts Tumeric ground
  • 200 ts Coriander ground
  • 200 ts Ginger; ground 050 ts Chili powder
  • 300 tb Yogurt low fat 013 ts Thyme
  • 100 ts Mustard prepared

Method

  • Trim any fat from lamb and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • Cut spinach into 1/4 " strips
  • In a large non-stick skillet heat oil and saute onion until softened
  • Add lamb tumeric coriander ginger and chili powder
  • Simmer stirring 10 min until meat is browned
  • Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients
  • Cover and simmer 15 min stirring occasionally
  • Add water if needed and simer 15 min more until meat is tender.
