Ingredients
To make Indian Shrimp, you'll need:
  • 100 lb Shrimp large
  • 100 tb Olive oil
  • 100 md Onion; chopped
  • 200 cl Garlic; minced
  • 400 c Italian plum tomatoes -canned drained well
  • 200 tb Lemon juice 050 ts Coriander 025 ts Ginger 013 ts Cayenne 025 ts Cumin Parsley sprigs

Method

  • Peel and devein shrimp
  • Rinse and let dry on paper towels
  • In a large non-stick skillet heat olive oil
  • Add onion and garlic and saute until softened about 3 min
  • Chop tomatoes and add to skillet with lemon juice and spices
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered 15 min stirring once to blend
  • Stir in shrimp and cook 3-5 min until pink
  • Garnish with parsley.
