Ingredients
To make Island Fruit Cup, you'll need:
  • 6 grapefruit sections
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh or canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup papaya = (or cantaloupe or other melon)
  • 1 medium orange peeled sectioned
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup diced mango = (or cantaloupe or other melon)
  • 2 tsp sugar substitute
  • 1 drop red food coloring (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Method

  • Combine the fruits in a large bowl then spoon into 6 individual serving dishes.
