To make Italian Grilled Tuna, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb tuna steaks
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh oregano
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine the tuna steaks and lemon juice and marinate for 15 minutes
  • Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat
  • On a gas grill set the heat to medium.
