To make Italian Style Cod Bake, you'll need:
  • 400g cod fillets 
  • 2 tbsp. grated Pecorino Romano cheese 
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 
  • 50g butter, melted 
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 or 200°C.
  • Lightly grease an ovenproof dish.
  • Mix the cheeses, garlic and seasoning in a bowl.
  • Place the fillets in the ovenproof dish and cover with the cheese mixture and parsley.
  • Season to taste.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately!
