To make Janet Saylor Lemon Chicken, you'll need:
  • 4 Skinnless chicken (thighs will work fine) (remove the skin and fat) COATING
  • 1/2 cup Or more of corn starch dash Pepper DIPPING LIQUID
  • 6 tbsp Real Lemon concentrate
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (lite for those who must) Or
  • 1/4 cup Teriyoki sauce
  • 2 Eggs Or
  • 3 Egg whites ( or egg substiture
  • 4 those who must use it)

Method

  • Whish together the dipping sauce
  • Dip chicken into the liquid mixture then into the starch
  • Place the chicken into glass dish whick has been sprayed with a non-stick spray
  • Repeat until dish is filled in a rectangle dish
  • Microwave on high 12 minutes
  • Take out remain liquid mix onto chicken return to microwave make sure that dish has been turned halfway from the origional direction
  • Microwave another 12 minutes
  • Serve with rice.
