To make Jools Jellied Cranberry Sauce - Sf, you'll need:
  • 100 pk Unflavored Gelatin
  • 100 cn Cranberry Juice - frozen - -sweetened with Aspartame **SEE NOTE in directions Grated Orange Peel/optional

Method

  • Mix frozen concentrate up - directions on package say to mix 3 cans of water to frozen concentrate .For this recipe mix it up 50 - 50 - one can water to frozen concentrate .Depending on size of can you get you might get enough to do 2 batches of cranberry sauce with some juice left over..
  • Take one cup of juice and add 1 packet of gelatin in a sauce pan
  • Let it sit for a minute or so and stir to dissolve
  • Turn heat on medium or low and add more cup of juice and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved
  • Remove from heat and add grated orange peel if desired
  • Put into mold and refrigerate until set
  • Can be used as side dish or on toast or as desired ..
