Method

  • Combine sugar replacement flour margarine lemon rind and juice skim milk and egg yolks
  • Beat vigorously
  • Fold in egg whites (well beaten)
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell
  • Bake at 325 for 1 hr
  • or until set
