To make Macaroni And Tuna Salad, you'll need:
  • 8 oz uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 can water-packed tuna - (6 oz)
  • 1 egg boiled chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper

Method

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions (but without adding salt) drain thoroughly and rinse in cold water.
