Ingredients
To make Marinated Mushroom Salad, you'll need:
  • 3 cups whole small mushrooms well cleaned stems trimmed
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp minced green onions
  • 1/2 cup minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced rosemary
  • 6 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the romaine lettuce and red bell pepper
  • Refrigerate overnight.
