To make Mexican Scramble, you'll need:
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1 can corn - (15
  • 1/4 oz) drained rinsed
  • 1 can tomatoes and green chilies - (10 oz)
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder - (to
  • 1 tbspn) according to taste
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni = (or any small pasta)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Method

  • In a large skillet over medium heat brown and drain ground chuck.
