To make Minted Tomato Saute, you'll need:
  • 24 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried leat mint OR
  • 3 tbsp Chopped fresh Mint

Method

  • Trim stems from tomatoes and rince.
  • In a large non-stick skillet heat oil.
  • Cook tomatoes 3 minutes stirring.
  • Add mint and stir to mix.;
