Ingredients
To make Muesli, you'll need:
- 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Oat bran
- 1
- 1/2 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Coarsely grated apple
- 1/2 cup Coarsely grated pear
- 1/3 cup Chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Method
- In a bowl, stir together the oats, oat bran, and yogurt
- Cover and
chill mixture for 30 minutes.
Stir in apple, pear, almonds, raisins, honey, and spices
- Mix well.
Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
