To make Muesli, you'll need:
  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Oat bran
  • 1
  • 1/2 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Coarsely grated apple
  • 1/2 cup Coarsely grated pear
  • 1/3 cup Chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Method

  • In a bowl, stir together the oats, oat bran, and yogurt
  • Cover and chill mixture for 30 minutes. Stir in apple, pear, almonds, raisins, honey, and spices
  • Mix well. Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
