To make Muffaletta, you'll need:
  • 8 oz Butterball Honey Roasted and Smoked Turkey Breast deli sliced thin
  • 8 oz Butterball Oven Roasted Turkey Breast deli sliced thin
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups prepared fat-free Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup salad olives
  • 1 large loaf crusty round Italian bread
  • 1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese Leaf lettuce as needed
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced thin

Method

  • Combine salad dressing and olives in small bowl
  • Slice bread in half crosswise
  • Spoon 1/2 cup dressing on bottom half of bread
  • Layer turkey cheeses lettuce tomatoes and onion onto bread
  • Pour remaining dressing on top half of bread; place on top
  • Cut into 16 pieces to serve.
