To make Mushrooms And Garlic In Yogurt, you'll need:
  • 1 lb Button Mushrooms
  • 1/2 oz Sunflower Margarine Salt Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chopped Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Fat-free Plain Yogurt

Method

  • Wipe the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper
  • Trim the stalks if necessary
  • Heat the margarine in a large frying pan
  • Add the mushrooms and cook gently for two to three minutes stirring occasionally
  • Add the salt and pepper garlic nutmeg and parsley and continue to cook for two to three minutes longer shaking the pan so that nothing sticks
  • Finally add the yogurt and cook gently for five minutes
  • Serve immediately
