Method

  • Combine nectarines red pepper and onions in a small bowl
  • Whisk together oil lime juice wine vinegar salt and pepper
  • Pour over nectarine mixture
  • Refrigerate
  • Mound on lettuce to serve.

  • 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper ground Leaf Lettuce
