Ingredients
To make Omega Seed Starter, you'll need:
  • 100g quinoa 
  • 100ml water 
  • 300ml fresh almond milk 
  • ½ tsp. vanilla essence 
  • Splash of lemon juice 
  • ½ tbsp. coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp. honey 
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon 
  • 2 tbsp. omega seeds

Method

  • Put the milk in a medium-sized pan with the water and quinoa. 
  • Then bring the pan to the boil, simmering for 15 minutes.
  • Add the vanilla essence, lemon juice, coconut oil, honey, and spoon the mixture into breakfast bowls.
  • Top with omega seeds and tuck in!
