To make Paella, you'll need:
  • Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 10 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup
  • 33%-less-salt chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup drained canned diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz medium shrimp peeled

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
