Pan Fried Sprouts with Nutmeg

Ingredients
To make Pan Fried Sprouts with Nutmeg, you'll need:
- 600g Brussels sprouts
- 40g butter
- Salt and pepper to season
- ¼ tsp. freshly grated or ground nutmeg
Method
- Slice the sprouts in half, and parboil them in boiling water for 4 minutes.
- Parboiling refers to the technique of adding food items to boiling water and cooking them until they begin to soften, then removing them before they are fully cooked.
- Heat the butter in a wok over a high heat, add the sprouts and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
- Season, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve!
