To make Peach Shortcake, you'll need:
  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar substitute plus
  • 1 tsp sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 dash salt optional
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg substitute equivalent
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Lightly spray an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
  • Arrange the peaches in the bottom of the dish.
