To make Peach Smoothies, you'll need:
  • 2 cups cubed peeled peaches
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp almond extract Ice cubes as needed

Method

  • In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
