To make Peachy Skewers, you'll need:
  • 6 small fresh peaches halved
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely-minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur (optional)
  • 2 tbsp low-calorie margarine melted

Method

  • In a bowl marinate the peaches in the lemon juice ginger and Amaretto (if using) for 10 minutes.
