To make Pear Crumble, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup margarine cut in
  • 1/2" dice
  • 1/3 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Sugar substitute equal to
  • 2 tbspns sugar
  • 2 cups chopped firm-ripe pears
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Prepare an 8-inch pie plate with vegetable pan-coating.
