Ingredients
To make Pepper Burgers, you'll need:
  • 1 lb Very lean ground beef
  • 1 Egg white
  • 3/4 oz Wheat germ
  • 1 cup Red and/or green pepper chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 package Beef broth mix Pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix all ingredients shape into 4 patties
  • Place on rack in broiler pan or on grill and cook 3 incehs from heat about 5 minutes per side or until done to taste.
