To make Pepperoni Pizza Rolls, you'll need:
  • cooking spray non-fat
  • 1 can (7
  • 1/2 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese fat-free garlic powder onion powder

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Spray large baking sheet with coking spray
  • Remove one biscuit from can and place on clean dry surface
  • Using a rolling pin roll biscuit out to about the size of the palm of you hand
  • Spread 1 Tbs
  • pizza sauce in center of dough add about 2 tsp
  • copped pepperoni and 1 Tbs
  • shredded cheese
  • Sprinkle on a little garlic powder and onion powder
  • Bring sides of dough to the center and pinch tops togeher or roll each like a pencil
  • Place on baking sheet
  • Repeat process for all remaining biscuits
  • After all rolls are placed on baking sheet spray tops with cooking spray
  • Bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
