To make Picinic Macaroni Salad, you'll need:
  • 2
  • 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup red or green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise fat-free
  • 1 tbs dill pickle juice
  • 1 packet Equal® sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard salt to taste

Method

  • In large mixing bowl combine macaroni dill pickle celery onion and pepper
  • In small bowl stir together mayonnaise pickle juice sweetener and mustard
  • Add to macaroni mixture
  • Add salt to taste
  • Chill.
