To make Pineapple Snow Custard Sauce, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin (1 pkg)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 Egg whites CUSTARD SAUCE optional
  • 2 Eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1
  • 1/2 cup Skim milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Method

  • Combine gelatin sugar and salt in saucepan
  • Add water
  • Place over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved
  • Remove from heat.
