To make Pizza Fondue, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded fat-free Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat jarred spaghetti sauce without meat
  • 1 French roll - (2 oz)

Method

  • To make the Pizza Fondue place the cheese and half of the spaghetti sauce in a microwave-safe dish
  • Cover and microwave on Medium (50%) power until cheese begins to melt about 90 seconds
  • Carefully remove cover and stir in remaining spaghetti sauce.
