To make Portabello Mushroom Sandwich, you'll need:
  • 2 medium portabello mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Light Done Right! Italian reduced-fat dressing divided
  • 2 Kaiser rolls split
  • 2/3 cup cleaned fresh spinach leaves cut into strips
  • 1 medium tomato sliced

Method

  • Remove mushroom stems; clean mushrooms
  • Pour 1/2 of the dressing over mushrooms
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
