To make Prosciutto With Papaya, you'll need:
  • 1 large ripe papaya
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz paper-thin slices prosciutto = (or smoked ham)
  • 8 ripe olives

Method

  • Pare the ripe papaya and remove seeds
  • Slice lengthwise into eight slices
  • Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves and arrange two strips of papaya on each plate
  • Gently wrap centre of each piece of papaya with prosciutto
  • Garnish with olives.
