To make Pumpkin Chiffon Pudding, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 cup Pumpkin canned
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sweetener (aspertm
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup Frozen whipped non-dairtopp

Method

  • In a small saucepan combine water and gelatin
  • Let stand for 5 min
  • Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves.
