Pumpkin Custard Cups

Method

  • In a small saucepan dissolve gelatin in boiling waater
  • In a blender container combine gelatin mixture with remaining ingredients
  • Blend until smooth
  • Divide mixture evenly into 4 individual serving bowls or sherbert glasses
  • Chill until firm
