Pumpkin Mincemeat Pie 2

Method
- Spread mincemeat on the bottom of pie crust
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well
- Pour pumpkin mixture over mincemeat
- Bake in a 450~ oven for 15 minutes
- Reduce oven temperature to 325~ and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes
- NOTE; This recipe contains a moderate amount of sucrose

- 2 Eggs
