Pumpkin Mincemeat Pie 2

Method

  • Spread mincemeat on the bottom of pie crust
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well
  • Pour pumpkin mixture over mincemeat
  • Bake in a 450~ oven for 15 minutes
  • Reduce oven temperature to 325~ and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes
  • NOTE; This recipe contains a moderate amount of sucrose
  • This recipe is FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY and should be carefully worked into the induvidual meal plan
