To make Pumpkin Spice Muffins, you'll need:
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
