Ingredients
To make Quick Italian Spinach Pie, you'll need:
  • 1 container Breakstone's or Knudsen lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2% milkfat - (16 oz)
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup Kraft low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers - (7 oz) well drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup Kraft
  • 100% grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves

Method

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set.
