To make Quick Tuna Casserole, you'll need:
  • 1 package wide egg noodles - (5 oz)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 can condensed low-fat mushroom soup - (10 oz)
  • 1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 can water-packed tuna - (6
  • 1/2 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 cup dried breadcrumbs

Method

  • Cook the noodles in the boiling water about 2 minutes
  • Cover remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
