To make Quick Turkey Salad Sandwich, you'll need:
  • 3/4 oz roasted turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary leaves = (or
  • 1/4 tspn fresh rosemary)
  • 1/2 oat bran English muffin toasted

Method

  • Cut the turkey into very small bite-sized pieces
  • Set aside.
