Method
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pierce potatoes and bake 1 hour or until tender cool to touch.
Cut slice from top of each potato.
Scoop out pulp leaving 1/4 inch shell.
Mash potatoes.
Add mayonnaise dressing 3 tbls.
cheese parsley and pepper - beat until fluffy.
Fill shells.
Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Pierce potatoes place on paper towel.
Microwave on High for 15 to 17 minutes turning & rotating several times.
Wrap in foil & let sit 5 min.
Remove foil - prepare as above and fill shells as directed.
Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through - rotating plate after 3 min.
