To make Raspberry Frozen Yogurt, you'll need:
  • 2 cups raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup Lemon non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/or sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice

Method

  • In a food processor blend frozen raspberries yogurt sugar and juice until smooth
  • For a quick dessert serve immediately
  • If you prefer a more frozen texture place in an 8x4-inch rectangular freezer container and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
