To make Red Beet Salad, you'll need:
  • 1 can beets - (16 oz) julienned with their juice reserved
  • 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp red (mild) or white (strong) horseradish
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Method

  • Combine all ingredients mix lightly cover and chill for 2 hours
  • Drain off the liquid before serving.
