Ingredients
To make Roasted Turkey And Cheese Sandwiches, you'll need:
  • 24 slices bread/
  • 1/2" thick = (preferably whole-wheat oatmeal etc)
  • 1/3 cup country-style mustard
  • 3/4 lb thinly-sliced deli white turkey meat
  • 1/2 lb thinly-sliced skim-milk Swiss or mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Spread one side of each slice of bread with some of the mustard
  • Assemble 12 turkey and cheese sandwiches
  • Wrap each in a piece of foil.
