To make Salmon Dip No.1, you'll need:
  • 100 cn (7
  • 3/4 oz) salmon
  • 200 tb Minced green onions 025 c Plain lowfat yogurt 025 c Mayonnaise or salad dress 050 ts Ground ginger
  • 200 tb Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Drain and flake the salmon
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
  • Serve with raw vegetable dippers such as: zucchini carrots pea pods cherry tomatoes cauliflowerets broccoli florets etc
